Job Summary

Werfen is a leading company in specialized diagnostics, with a strong presence in over 30 countries and a global workforce of over 7,000 employees. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts for the sale and marketing of Werfen products in North America.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Coordinate large and complex contract administration assignments and perform dispute resolution.
  • Train employees in contract review and negotiation.
  • Participate in sales meetings to provide training and feedback on contract negotiation.
  • Prepare reports on instrument order contracts and maintain a library of accepted contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in contract management, sales, and marketing.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate complex agreements and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel Requirements

Up to 5% travel required.
