Contract Manager

Werfen is a leading company in specialized diagnostics, with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring commercial contracts comply with company policies and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Review, draft, and negotiate terms and conditions in various contracts related to the commercialization of Werfen products in North America.
- Ensure offers and accepted contracts comply with sales and marketing guidelines.
- Represent key internal stakeholders to provide input and content for National Contracts, IDN agreements, and RFP documents.
- Coordinate large/complex contract administration assignments and perform dispute resolution.
- Review and update standard agreement templates to identify legal and compliance risks.
- Train employees in basic terms and conditions review and provide feedback to sales management staff on negotiation techniques.
- Prepare reports of instrument order contracts accepted and maintain a library of accepted contracts.
- Work with the Director of Commercial Contracting to develop solutions to improve internal visibility and efficiency in the contracting process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the medical industry, preferably in contract management.
- Superior knowledge of the total contracting process, demonstrated contract drafting skills, and experience in reviewing and digesting contracts.
- Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exemplary analytical and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
Up to 5% travel required for this role.
