Contract Manager

Werfen is a leading company in specialized diagnostics, with a strong presence in over 30 countries and a global workforce of over 7,000 employees. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts for Werfen products in North America, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, customer service, legal, and compliance, to develop and implement contract strategies.
- Coordinate contract administration assignments, perform dispute resolution, and train employees on contract review and negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with sales field personnel and corporate account directors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in contract management, sales, and marketing, preferably in the medical industry.
- Superior knowledge of the contracting process, contract drafting skills, and experience in reviewing and digesting contracts.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and negotiate complex agreements.
