Senior Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in the aerospace market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales teams and at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role. They will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes, and ensuring sales team compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure sales team compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and lead a successful sales team.
- A player-manager approach with a hands-on approach to driving sales initiatives.
