The Randolph Hotel, by Graduate Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales Director to lead the Sales and Events department.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the Sales and Events department to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to retain and grow key accounts.
- Manage relationships with local customers and stakeholders.
- Set targets for team performance and monitor progress.
- Negotiate contracts and prices for food and beverage services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales and events management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing occupancy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to use and train on CRM software.
