Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Office Administrator to join our Operations team in Pembridge, Herefordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and generating management reports, updating site KPIs and trackers, and raising and booking purchase requisitions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and update site visual management
- Audit systems, HSE critical tasks and operational metrics
- Co-ordinate with management and team members to develop CI activities
- Offer suggestions to changes in production methods/equipment used for improvements to quality of product/service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience of working with various IT programs, including MS Word and Excel
