Health and Safety Administrator

**Summary of position**:
We are looking to hire a highly organised administrative officer to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective compliance management. The Administrative Officer's responsibilities include, upkeep of the sites ISO Quality/H&S Management documents, scheduling document reviews inline with the QMS Database, proofreading various company documents.
To be successful as an Administrative Officer, you should display a thorough understanding of office management procedures. Ultimately, a top-performing administrative officer should be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills to complete all duties in a timely manner.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- The upkeep of ISO Quality/H&S documents
- Maintain Quality/H&S document folders
- Maintain Document Register
- Provide Admin support to the department managers
- Schedule periodic document reviews
- Conduct Accident/Incident/Near miss investigations
- Attend and minute H&S meeting
- Attend and minute Quality meeting
- Complete meeting notes communicating out to key stakeholders in a timely manner
- Provide Admin cover to internal departments.
