We are looking for an organised and reliable **Administrative Assistant** to join our team
As our **Administrative Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functioning of the school. Reporting to the Head, the role involves working on the School Reception and undertaking various tasks to ensure the effective running of school life.

**About the Role and You**
**Contract type**: Full-time, fixed term Maternity Cover (9 months), All Year Round
**Salary**: Up to £22,880 per annum
**Start date**: Immediate start available
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with Admission queries and tours.
- Devise and maintain office systems, including filling, records, agendas, minutes, records, and other documents.
- Organising the school calendar, and scheduling events.
- Working on the School Reception, answering the phone, providing admin support to parents and teaching staff, and providing a warm welcome to visitors.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who has:
- A-Levels or equivalent (essential).
- Administrative and organisational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of school admissions processes (desirable).
- A strong work ethic.
