**Office Junior/Trainee Administrator £15-18k Leominster**

Hours 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm on a Friday.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and ever evolving company in the administration team. You will be responsible for providing an administrative service to the Construction and Development team and various other departments as and when needed.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Help screen incoming calls
- Greet visitors
- Book cabs and couriers and travel requirements
- Look after the filing
- Photocopying and binding
- Updating of contact lists
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments
- Provide secretarial support including typing of documents, letters and memos
- Reception duties, dealing with internal and external enquiries

**Qualifications and skills**
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work towards deadlines and able to take direction
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary and benefits**
- The position is full-time
- £15K TO £18K
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Enrolment into the company pension scheme
