**Sales Assistant**

Continued growth has created the need for a Trainee Sales Estimator to join our client’s team based in rural Herefordshire. **What you can expect**
- **Salary dependent on experience**:

- Full time permanent
- Working hours: 9am - 5pm - with half an hour lunch unpaid
- Team lunches and away days

**What you will be doing**:

- To take full ownership of customer accounts ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and development
- To build rapport with clients and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Interact closely with other company members, working across all departments
- To comprehensively interpret reports, Prepare estimates and written tenders
- Occasional client visits to promote the company, gaining an understanding of their needs
- Registering new enquiries and completing cost estimates
- Preparing and issuing written quotations
- Following up quotations to secure orders, order processing
- Working to deadlines and maintaining sales volumes
- Ability to navigate and update the CRM System frequently

**What we are looking for**
- Must be commercially aware
- Full UK Driving License
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Must have good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
- You will need to be thorough, have an eye for detail, motivated and have a positive attitude
