Job Title: Experienced Care Leader Wanted

The Elite Search Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead a 10-bed children's home in Wolverhampton, supporting children with high-complexity learning disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader who can create a safe, nurturing environment for children with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving change and leading a dedicated team to implement high standards of care, fostering a culture of compassion, safety, and empowerment.

About the Role:
* Leadership: Drive change and lead a dedicated team to implement high standards of care, fostering a culture of compassion, safety, and empowerment.
* Compliance & Improvement: Develop and implement action plans to meet Ofsted regulations, ensuring the home provides a positive, compliant environment.
* Child-Centered Approach: Promote a tailored approach to support each child's individual needs, empowering them to reach their full potential.
* Staff Development: Mentor, support, and supervise staff to enhance skills, encourage best practices, and build a cohesive, motivated team.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with families, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure the children receive the best possible care.

Requirements:
Estimated salary £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
