About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to lead our acute care team. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership, coaching, and direct supervision to staff on shift. You will also contribute to the effective deployment of staff, manage records and systems, and promote a culture of change and innovation.
With a strong focus on person-centred care, you will take responsibility for the application of the care planning process and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage and provide information to other departments, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
