Sales and Event Coordinator

Join Our Team: H2O Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting products and services to potential clients, engaging with clients and prospects, capturing leads, and distributing promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions located in various regions as required, showcasing company products and services to visitors while maintaining professional representation at all times.
- Capture contact information and leads from potential clients using provided tools or systems, recording and organizing client inquiries and feedback for post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads for further action, providing demonstrations or presentations on the company's offerings when required.
- Coordinate with the events team to set up and dismantle exhibition stands as needed, managing on-site operations efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Submit detailed reports after each event, including captured leads, feedback, and overall performance, providing suggestions for improving the trade show experience based on attendee interactions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in sales, events, or exhibitions.
- Valid UK driving license, with a prestigious company car provided for travel to events.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and lead capture tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sales and customer service skills, with a strong aptitude for identifying client needs and promoting solutions effectively.
- Communication skills, with excellent verbal communication and the ability to explain complex products clearly.
