Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Cheshire East Council. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized and person-centered care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide support to individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, food preparation, and medication administration.
  • Work in partnership with individuals, families, and other services to ensure that their choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
  • Maximize individuals' independence, choice, and control, and promote their participation in their local community.
  • Work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
