About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our Macclesfield Supported Living Network. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized and person-centered care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, including personal care, food preparation, and medication administration.
  • Assist with managing finances and maintaining tenancy agreements.
  • Work in partnership with individuals, families, and other services to ensure their choices and preferences are respected.
  • Participate in a rota that includes weekend, bank holiday, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
Requirements
  • A positive and flexible approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of care and support principles and practices.
