We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Macclesfield Supported Living Network.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living in their own homes. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide individualized and person-centered care and support to enable people to lead fulfilled lives, participate in their local community, and maintain tenancy agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, food preparation, and administration of medication.
- Assist with managing finances and promoting independence.
- Work in partnership with individuals, families, and other services to ensure that people's choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
- Be flexible and part of a rota that includes working weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to \u00a312.38, with time and a half at weekends and bank holidays, except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day which are double pay.
