About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Macclesfield Supported Living Network. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized and person-centered care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, food preparation, and administration of medication.
  • Work in partnership with individuals, families, and other services to ensure that their choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in how their service is provided.
  • Maximize individuals' independence, choice, and control, and support them to lead fulfilled lives and participate in their local community.
  • Work flexibly, including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-in shifts, as part of a rota.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.38, with time and a half at weekends and double pay on certain bank holidays. You will also receive full training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the right values, be friendly and approachable, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided.
