Estate Administrator

As an Estates Administrator at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the Estates Department in the effective administration of the Company's portfolio of properties, refurbishments, and new developments. Your focus will be on working on your own initiative, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, and having an excellent telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities
Support the estate and projects management team in the procurement of improvement and refurbishment works, including the collation of capital expenditure requests and raising of purchase orders.
Manage the electronic data management system, ensuring designs, drawings, and information are up to date for new builds and the operational estate, and that documents are saved correctly within the database.
Ensure all members of the Estates team are using common documentation and filing information centrally.
Liaise with Estate Managers, Project Managers, Homes, and Contractors.
