Exciting Opportunity for Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

This is a fantastic chance to join a well-established Estate Agency and Lettings brand with multiple branches in the area. They deal with residential and commercial Sales and Lettings, Auctions, and rural properties.

The role involves qualifying potential buyers, matching buyers to suitable properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers. You will also help sales to complete and deliver exceptional customer service while providing vital administrative support.

Main Duties:

  • Applicant Management
  • Organising and carrying out viewings
  • Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants
  • Achieve all daily and weekly targets
  • Arrange, organise, and conduct all viewings
  • Negotiate any offers received
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them
  • Selling other services including solicitors and financial services

Your Skills:

  • Previous estate agency sales experience
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport with potential buyers and clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Flexibility
  • A professional and presentable appearance
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm with day off in lieu
