Lettings Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Jenkins Estate Agent. As a key member of our sales and lettings department, you will be responsible for managing property listings, negotiating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Negotiate with clients to secure new instructions and achieve sales and lettings targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Work closely with the sales and lettings team to achieve departmental targets
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
