About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide a proactive, efficient, and effective administration service to our Senior Leadership Team, including Directors and other senior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries and organize meetings and events, ensuring all supporting arrangements are covered.
- Provide support for meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas, attending meetings to take notes and actions, and transcription, circulation, and follow-up.
- Deal with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role within a similar setting, supporting at least two Directors.
- Strong all-round administration and organizational skills.
- A proven ability to produce high-quality, professional documents, with intermediate/advanced keyboard skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate level Word & Outlook) and the ability to understand financial and statistical information.
- Previous experience in maintaining and updating action logs from meetings.
