Key Responsibilities- Set and manage annual and monthly objectives, providing coaching and development plans to support ongoing progression and ensuring annual performance reviews are conducted.
- Ensure payments are authorized in line with our departmental service level agreements and oversee guidance and advice in respect of technical referrals.
- Conduct regular monthly audits on colleagues to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Engage and motivate the team, delivering effective meetings and supporting the overall quality of claims handling internally and by outsourced partners.
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in claims or home claims handling.
- Strong customer and colleague focus, with excellent communication and coaching skills.
