Key Responsibilities:
  • Process enrolments over the phone and register learners with awarding bodies while adhering to strict deadline dates.
  • Input data onto our MIS system and manage Admin Assistants.
  • Collaborate with the HUB Manager to ensure the team's duties are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • English qualification equivalent to Functional Skills L2 or above.
  • Maths qualification equivalent to Functional Skills L2 or above.
  • Clerical/financial/administrative skills and customer care experience.
  • Minute-taking experience and ability to organise and prioritise own work.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ability to work under pressure.
