Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in the East of the Council. As a Grade 10 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the Practice Manager OT and the team of dedicated OT staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support, assistance, and supervision to the Practice Manager OT and the team of OT staff.
- Hold a small complex case load and assist newly qualified OTs in their development and practice.
- Work closely with Community Therapists to improve client outcomes for the residents of Cheshire East.
- Enthusiastic and well-rounded HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a keen interest in developing management skills.
- Self-motivated individual with good communication skills and the ability to learn, work, and develop autonomously.
- Sound clinical knowledge in evidence-based assessment and management of a variety of conditions.
