About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Community Stroke Rehabilitation Service (ICSRS) team in East Cheshire.

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing early rehabilitation for stroke patients, setting goals and treatment plans to be followed by the interdisciplinary team. You will also promote a seamless transition from the acute hospital to the home environment, while continuing to work towards patients' rehabilitation goals in their own home or normal place of residence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and have proficient use of Microsoft Office solutions and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems. You will also require a current driving license and use of a car for work.
