Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust invites applications for a Psychological Therapist to join their team in the Norfolk and Waveney Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented, friendly, and supportive team who share experiences and learn from each other.

The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment and treatment for people with psychosis and their families and carers. They will form an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team and work collaboratively with other therapists across the service.

We are a research-active service with regular opportunities to get involved in national and local research projects. The Psychology team holds regular away days, providing a platform for peer supervision and Continued Professional Development (CPD).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience, knowledge, and skills in working psychologically with people with first-episode psychosis. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in delivering other therapeutic approaches and work autonomously to set priorities and manage your time effectively.

The salary for this position is £43,141 per annum, which includes a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, generous annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
