The successful candidate will become a member of our Western Europe Area IDT team, supporting the implementation of D2C digital technologies and bridging the gap between eCommerce, CRM, Data & Analytics, and IDT.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent consulting skills, and the ability to translate IT and product language into customer benefits.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying consumers' needs through market analysis, surveys, and design-thinking workshops.
  2. Planning, organizing, and managing activities around projects.
  3. Participating in solution teams and communicating progress, backlogs, risks, and resolving issues.
  4. Discovering innovation and technology possibilities to bring value to the area and providing recommendations for adoption and/or implementation.
  5. Helping the IDT team reach business goals and solve problems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  1. Experience in managing/executing enhancements with suppliers on eCommerce, CRM, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  2. Strong understanding of digital solution principles, including consumer-centered thinking, consumer journey, and consumer experience.
  3. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking and data-driven decision making.
  4. Ability to present data/results in consumable formats, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  5. Strong skill set in Office 365 applications.
