Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Administrator with strong administrative skills and attention to detail. As an HR Administrator, you will provide high-quality support to the HR team, ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including creating contracts and offer packs, collating pre-employment data, and communicating with stakeholders.
  2. Payroll: Manage monthly payroll changes, including starters and leavers.
  3. Data Integrity and Systems: Maintain accurate employee data and ensure data integrity.
  4. Training: Book training sessions, create training agreements, and report on training attendance.
  5. Ad Hoc Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in an office environment or in HR administration.
  2. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  3. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  4. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
