What You'll Do:
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to improve customer experience and team performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative

What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in the automotive or similar industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
  • Engaging and motivational coaching-based approach to team development, with the ability to provide in-the-moment training
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • A current valid driving licence
