The Blue Cross invites applications from individuals passionate about animal welfare to fill the position of Animal Welfare Fundraiser. In this rewarding role, you will contribute to our mission by generating funds to support our local animal centres and services.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your fundraising skills and knowledge, working closely with a dedicated team to promote and raise money for pets in need. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our local animal centres and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing fundraising plans to support our local animal centres and services
  • Working with other team members to identify and pursue fundraising opportunities
  • Representing The Blue Cross at local events and engaging with the public to promote our cause
Requirements
  • You'll need to be highly motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • You'll need to be an effective communicator and team player, with strong interpersonal skills
  • You'll need to be comfortable with public speaking and representing The Blue Cross at events
