Job Title: Registered Neonatal Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Neonatal Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare Trust. As a Registered Neonatal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborn babies and their families in our Neonatal Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage the care of newborn babies with complex medical needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each baby.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to babies and their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of babies to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide education and support to families on caring for their newborn baby.

Person Specification:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working in a Neonatal Unit or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
