About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Neonatal Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare Trust. As a key member of our Neonatal Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify nursing problems and needs in partnership with families and carers.
  • Recognize and respond to vulnerable children in accordance with Trust policy, seeking support from senior staff as needed.
  • Attend deliveries and safely transport infants to the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Neonatal Unit within the last 2 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices.
