We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Neonatal Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare Trust. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to newborn babies and their families in our Neonatal Unit.
Main Duties
- Assess and identify nursing problems and needs in partnership with families and carers.
- Recognize vulnerable children and respond accordingly, seeking support from senior staff as needed.
- Attend deliveries and safely transport and admit infants to the Neonatal Unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
