We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and identify nursing problems and needs in partnership with families and caregivers.
- Recognize and respond to vulnerable children in accordance with Trust policy, seeking support from senior staff as needed.
- Attend deliveries and safely transport and admit infants to the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Neonatal Unit within the last 2 years.
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and ongoing education in current nursing practices.
