Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of experienced professionals in creating brighter futures for young people.
- Assist children in developing and maintaining their care plans, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff members, promoting a nurturing environment.
Requirements:
- Possess a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate prior experience in residential care settings, showcasing leadership abilities.
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
- Hold the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 per year, including £60 compensation per sleeping night.
- A rotational schedule: 2 days on, 4 days off (day and night shifts as required).
