Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer at Modus Personnel Ltd, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal sales enquiries;
  • Learning company products and services, upselling, and preparing quotations for customers;
  • Providing accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules;
  • Conducting quotation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate sales closure;
  • Building rapport with customers and suppliers, promoting customer loyalty;
  • Communicating effectively at all levels, from customers to senior management;
  • Maintaining profitable sales by identifying opportunities for upselling products and services;
  • Keeping system updated.
