Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This full-time position is based in our Witney office, Oxfordshire, with flexible working arrangements and occasional travel to London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing local and international travel arrangements, including visa requirements, insurance, and itinerary preparation. Additionally, they will ensure seamless administration processes comply with company, legal, and regulatory requirements.

  • Effective expense management, claims processing, and invoicing are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Developing strong relationships with preferred suppliers, such as hotels, conference services, taxis, and restaurants, is essential for achieving optimal quality, service, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage travel arrangements, including visas, insurance, and itineraries.

• Ensure administration processes comply with company, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• Process expenses, claims, and invoices efficiently.

• Develop relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal quality, service, and pricing.

Estimated Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum.
