Estelle Manor is a leading rural retreat in Oxfordshire, offering an exceptional experience for guests. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support our Sales, Events, and Reservations teams.

About the Role

This back-of-house role requires someone with strong administrative and financial skills who thrives in a methodical and process-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within hospitality, and be proficient in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing group sales invoices, managing contracted event deposits, auditing group bookings in Opera, and handling commission-related invoices. They will also support daily event billing audits, assist with reporting to spot sales opportunities, and ensure outstanding PM balances are regularly reviewed and resolved.
