Financial Operations Director

**Role Overview**
As a seasoned finance professional, you will have the opportunity to lead and transform our company's financial operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
About the Role:
- Deliver key financial reports to the Board and Senior Management Team, providing actionable insights to drive growth and optimise financial performance.
- Manage cash flow and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and management of P&Ls.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, maintaining robust financial systems to support current operations and future growth.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC, Companies House, and business rates requirements.
- Lead all aspects of payroll, including PAYE and employee benefit schemes.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, supporting the wider business in achieving its goals.
Requirements:
- AAT or ACCA qualification, with proven experience running a start-to-finish finance function.
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office 365.
