Business Development Manager

A leading supplier of Power Generation and Pumping equipment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to bolster its Sales Team. The ideal candidate will come from a proven sales background with direct experience of Diesel Generators and/or Rental Pumping equipment, proficient in winning new business as well as developing key accounts.
About the Role:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. A strong understanding of the power generation and pumping industries is essential, as is the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the power generation and pumping industries
* Strong knowledge of diesel generators and rental pumping equipment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
What We Offer:
