Ongo Recruitment Ltd is a reputable recruitment agency seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and be able to identify new opportunities for growth.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, producing and submitting tenders and quotations, and working closely with our Contract Managers to deliver business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business or management, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
