About This Role

The Meeting & Events Floor Manager will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests, ensuring the smooth operation and execution of all meetings, conferences, and events. Your tasks will include:

  • Ensuring all event spaces are prepared according to client specifications and hotel standards.
  • Coordinating with the events team to ensure all logistical needs are met, including AV, seating, and catering requirements.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during events to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of event details, client requests, and team schedules.
