Pan Pacific London is seeking a skilled Night Receptionist to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our Reception team, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver warm and personalized check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and rooms.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and updates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
