We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in Crewe, UK. As a key member of our team, you will drive results-oriented outcomes, develop and maintain detailed project plans, and ensure strategic alignment with company objectives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement project strategies, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear expectations and shared goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, coordinating resources to meet project goals and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing issues promptly to ensure smooth execution and minimize risks.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, building trust and confidence.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures, safeguarding project integrity and reputation.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), leveraging tools for efficient project delivery.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in project principles and practices.
