Healthier Futures Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Healthier Futures Programme at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the programme, ensuring that it meets its objectives and delivers value to the organisation. This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career growth within the NHS.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the programme's scope, timeline, budget, and quality. You will work closely with clinical leads to identify areas of best practice and promote them throughout the organisation. You will also collaborate with external partners on advanced modelling techniques and contribute to the development of a performance measurement framework.

Responsibilities
- Manage the programme's scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

- Collaborate with external partners on advanced modelling techniques, critically review models produced, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the development of a performance measurement framework to support the Healthier Futures Programme.

Requirements- Relevant qualification to masters level or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of the NHS and healthcare data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
