About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Service Development Director to lead the delivery of high-quality services at Eden Futures. This exciting opportunity will appeal to experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing Service Delivery & Quality: Ensure day-to-day service provision fully complies with Eden philosophy, values, policies, and procedures while also complying with local and national legislation, regulations, and research.
- Service Development: Continually seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while protecting and safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
- People Management & Leadership: Provide clear and structured day-to-day management and support to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
- Professional Development: Aspire to continually develop as a professional, ensuring skills are updated, keeping abreast of new ideas and sector changes, and lead the Company within your area of expertise.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service.
- Familiar with CQC standards.
- Experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions is preferable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.
- A strong leader who can lead by example.
What We Offer:
- Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
