Job DescriptionThis newly created role offers a unique opportunity for a Site HSE Manager to lead and implement a medium-sized site's cultural change programme in HSE excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the site's Environment, Health & Safety deployment plan, coaching and mentoring teams around HSE initiatives, and leading BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) programmes.
Responsibilities- Implement H&SE management systems across the site.
- Develop and implement the site's Environment, Health & Safety deployment plan to deliver objectives in line with the Group Sustainability and HSE Strategy.
- Analyse EH&S lagging and leading KPIs to identify improvements.
- A highly competitive salary of £55,000, plus a 10% bonus scheme.
