Job Title: Compliance Officer - Health Safety

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team at Cast UK Limited. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management within our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), environmental management systems (EMS), and health management systems (HSMS). They will assist in managing these disciplines to ensure compliance with ISO accreditors through continuous improvement.

This role also involves providing day-to-day QSHE advice and guidance to colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders as required. The Compliance Officer will ensure that audits are performed in a timely fashion and corrective actions are measured effectively. Additionally, they will monitor the scheduling and completion of all QHSE audits and provide updates on progress.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our ESG strategy by supporting supplier governance and addressing any issues of non-compliance. They will also support compliance testing of tools & equipment and ensure subcontractors are fully compliant with company safety policies while working safely on site.

This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring departmental KPIs are compiled in a timely fashion and distributed to key stakeholders within the business.
