We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Preston (Cambridge) office team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Generating new business opportunities through networking, sales development, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintaining and growing a portfolio of existing clients.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines Sales.
- A self-starting attitude with strong sales and retention skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- RIBO License or the ability to convert OTL to RIBO.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A high level of computer proficiency, including knowledge of SigXP and Compu-quote.
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Our innovative approach has helped us grow and lead the industry standard since 1954.
