About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within retail stores to gain new distribution for our partners' vape products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to grow their career in a fast-paced, start-up environment. You will have the chance to work closely with our team to drive business growth through effective sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations and pitches, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying prospective customers through varied lead generation tactics and will be able to build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products.

  • This role is based in Preston, Lancaster, Blackpool, Blackburn & Burnley, with regular travel to other locations required.
  • Competitive salary up to £32,500 per annum (OTE: up to £42,500)
  • Uncapped commission scheme, providing opportunities for significant earnings potential
  • $5,000 car allowance per annum
